PreSeason Camp
Preseason Camp
Metro Alliance FC Soccer Camp is hosted by Club DOC Donny Sheehan. This 4 day camp is focused to prepare players for the upcoming season. The curriculum will involve both skill instruction and game situations. The skill instruction will range from 1vs1 attacking and defending, individual technique, possession, and finishing.
Our staff will ensure that the camp will be both informational and fun. The staff will be comprised of some of the top area high school and college coaches. Previous staff coaches included:

- Justin McMillian – Owner/Executive Director – Elite FT
- Jason Turkington – Head Boy’s Coach – O’Fallon Township High School
- Mario Sanchez – Head Men’s Coach at SIUE

Summer Elite Camp - Invite Only

Ages: 2008 – 2010
This camp is an invite only camp for players wanting more and to be pushed in a competitive environment. Players will get speed and agility training, 1v1, 1st touch and other skills through out the 4 days. We are only taking 40 players for this camp. Staff will include Girl’s DOC James Chambers, Boy’s DOC Donny Sheehan as well as other guest staff members.

Description: This camp is an invite only camp for players wanting more and to be pushed in a competitive environment. Cold weather giving you the soccer blues? Alliance has you covered this winter! This program is designed for small groups to work on individual skills of the game.
Each age group will have a limit of 10 players max, so do not wait!

Goal Keeper/Striker Camp
Goal Keeper/Striker Camp
Cost $85
Ages: 2012 – 2008
Goal Keeper/Striker Camp is specialized training for soccer players who are looking to improve dramatically at their position. The Striker will be put through a challenging curriculum dedicated to creating and scoring goals. Goal keepers will be put through a competitive program focused on shot stopping, crosses, footwork and decision making.
