Ricky has collegiate and club coaching experience and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be adding him to the Alliance family.
Ricky grew up playing club soccer in England and came over to the States to play at the collegiate level at Harris Stowe University. He continued his soccer career playing for the St. Louis Ambush and St. Louis Steamers.
Ricky continued his love for soccer coaching at the collegiate level for Lindenwood Belleville & Fontbonne. He was formerly a Director of Training at SLSG before moving to Texas to coach for Challenge FC where he was their boy’s academy director. Ricky also coached ECNL Regional League teams with Challenge FC.

Youth DIRECTOR: DONNY Sheehan
Donny Sheehan was the Men’s and Women’s assistant coach at McKendree University from 2002-2011 and was the head men’s coach at McKendree in 2012. Sheehan then accepted the role of Director of Operations at The University of Akron, where he spent 2 years with the men’s soccer program. He helped assist in the daily operations of the Zips program. Specifically, he coordinated team video, provided match analysis, assisted in the scouting of opponents, and helped with camps and clinics. Sheehan also served as the team liaison for marketing and promotions, and provided support in the management of equipment. In his time at Akron, the men’s team won 2 conference championships and played in 2 NCAA division 1 national tournaments.
Sheehan became KiXX United FC’s Director of Coaching in 2016. In his time at KiXX United FC, he ran the day to day operations for the club and helped increase the number of players in the club from 250 players to 420+. He also oversaw the club’s camps, goalkeeper training, and was the tournament director for the September Showdown.
Sheehan has been on staff at the following camps – Major League Soccer, Santa Clara University, University of California – Berkeley, Villanova University, University of South Florida, Missouri State University, The University of Akron, and Elite FT
Sheehan graduated from SIUE in 2004 with a degree in Health and Physical Education.

Justin McMillian

Elite FT is owned by Justin McMillian who played professional soccer for the St. Louis Steamers, was an All-American at SIUE and All-State player at Granite City, where he was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame. He is co-owner of The Sports Academy indoor soccer facility and The Annex Fitness Center.
